Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the warehouse, aligning with company goals for supply chain efficiency and cost reduction.
- Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage and optimize material flow to reduce lead times and improve order fulfillment accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.
- Deliver a HS&E strategy that avoids incidents and harm to our people and products.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulations, including but not limited to customs procedures, product safety standards, labeling requirements, and environmental regulations.
- Implement and maintain robust inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Oversee the effective use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other relevant technologies to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports.

Key Experiences and any Qualifications
- Proven leadership qualities through ability to influence outside area of direct control.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver under challenging circumstances.
- Broad understanding of different roles / functions / processes (e.g. Manufacturing, Purchase, NPI, ME etc).
- Implemented improvement activity, participated in dealing with change (e.g. process, organisation).
- Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing WMS and other warehouse technologies.
